OUR SERVICES
MACHINE INSTALLATION
We provide specialist services in machine installation. We create bespoke packages for each individual customer, providing a professional service from our initial site survey to job completion. We can relocate machines within your workshop premises, install new or used machinery irrespective of size and state.
MACHINE MAINTENANCE
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
In industry total productive maintenance is a system of maintaining and improving production. TPM focuses on keeping all equipment in top working condition to avoid breakdowns and delays. At Pulsar we offer an initial evaluation of TPM and can help and advise with the implementation process. We can offer TPM contracts to each individual customers requirements.
MACHINE REPAIRS
We offer a 24 hour callout service to all our customers to carry out reactive maintenance, as and when required.
Pulsar will create a service contract for you, comprising of service and callouts for a 12 month period; giving peace of mind to all our customers.
PALLET TRUCK SERVICE
We service and repair all types of pallet trucks to PUWER and LOLER regulations. As with all mechanical equipment, regular servicing of your pallet trucks reduces downtime, prolongs their life and makes sure they are safe to use.
PAT TESTING
Portable appliance testing (PAT) is the examination of electrical appliances to ensure they are safe for use. This is a service that Pulsar Engineering carry out complete with results and asset register.
LEV TESTING
Local exhaust ventilation (LEV) systems examined and tested in accordance with the requirements of COSHH regulations.
